Here below you can find our all-in* standard prices for 2024 for each individual and the large vacation house.  Standard formulas can be booked via booking tool.

During holiday periods and public holiday, custom prices are applied, which you can request via our contact contact form for longer stays.

Your booking is always made in accordance with our booking conditions and is final after payment of the advance, for which you always receive an invoice. We also always work with a deposit (€ 500).

* All-in means:

• Beds made up and towels per guest provided
• Starter pack with dishwasher tablets, coffee filters, toilet paper, kitchen roll, kitchen sponge, kitchen towels, washing liquid, ...
• Cleaning, waste and consumption (water, gas and electricity) included

At own cost, charging of electric car possible via load station

• for weekend stays: arrival on Friday evening between 5 and 8 pm. Departure on Sunday before 6 pm
• for midweek stays: arrival on Monday evening between 5 and 8 pm. Departure on Friday before 10 am
• for week stays: arrival on Friday evening between 5 and 8 pm. Departure on Friday before 10 am

Other dates and times for arrival and departure can be agreed in mutual consultation.

The cancellation fee is:

• in case of cancellation between 0 and 7 days before arrival: 100 % of the full rent
• in case of cancellation between 21 and 8 days before arrival: 50% of the full rent.
• in case of cancellation between 21 and 60 days before arrival: 200.00 euros
• in case of cancellation before 60 days before arrival: 50 euros (administration fee)

• It is forbidden to organize (bachelor(ette)) parties.
• Smoking and pets are not allowed, with the exception of companion animals for people with a physical, hearing or visual disability (to be notified in advance).
• Respect for the neighbourhood: no more sounds are allowed outside after 10 pm (to respect the neighbours' nighttime sleep) and pleasant silence is also requested in general.
• The use of the garden, swimming pond and playground equipment is at your own risk. The communal playground as well as the swimming pond may only be used by children under the supervision of an adult. Play equipment must be cleared up at the end of the day.
• The floors have an oak wooden floor, please dry spilled water so that no circles form. Just because a large part of the house is made of wood, we also ask the guests not to walk around with shoes inside.
• Keeping fireworks in the house and lighting fireworks or campfires around the house is strictly prohibited. Lighting candles, tea lights, etc. in the house is not allowed.
• Upon departure, you will be asked to leave the house tidy (a check-out document is provided in the house).
